The first snow came 2 days ago. I sold a lot of old stuff on ebay. It was hard to pack some big items like a children buggy and a trike. Some brought less money than expected, some more. We're cleaning out the house. So much stuff has built up over the years - mostly junk that one thought could be used again someday, but better should have been thrown away earlier, to spare us the work today. Tons of clothes, toys, books, papers, furniture that had to be carried down or up...

On Friday I drove to Munich to pick up my sister and her family and drive to Duderstadt for the wedding of my brother. We spent the night before the wedding at a cheap but nice hostel. A room cost only €18. The wedding was on Saturday at 12 and afterwards we had lunch and dinner and family fun. And I gave a book and a play car to my nice nephews. At 7 we left and I arrived home at 2:10 am. First I didn't want to go there but then I was kind of sad to leave, strange... Must be some sentimental family feeling.
